The hospital is expected to be seven stories, with 120 hospital beds.

The current hospital, Cape Canaveral Hospital in Cocoa Beach, Fla., plans to close its doors when the new hospital opens.

Health First’s facility will have medical offices, an education center, retail space, restaurant space, a parking garage and child care.

The building will sit on 15 acres of land and have park land between the buildings.
