Here are four key notes:

1. Kybella is a synthetic form of deoxycholic acid, which helps break down and absorb dietary fat.

2. The Kybella is an injectable cytolytic drug to be used for improving moderate to severe fullness in the chin.

3. The FDA approved Kybella for patients over 18 and only for use in the submental.
