She focuses on hand, wrist and elbow surgery and performs a wide range of procedures to diagnose and treat hand, wrist and elbow conditions and injuries. She is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and American Society for Surgery of the Hand.

Dr. Skeete also belongs to the Ruth Jackson Orthopaedic Society.

She earned her medical degree from the Northwestern University of Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago and completed a residency in general surgery at David Grant USAF Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base in California. Her orthopedic surgery training occurred at 59th Medical Wing–Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center.

Her additional training includes a fellowship in hand surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester.
