On April 26, Becker’s asked the chatbot, “What is the best health insurer in the U.S.?”

While it did not pick a single best insurer, it named several options for patients.

Here is the artificial intelligence chatbot’s answer:

“As an AI language model, I do not have personal beliefs or opinions. The best health insurer in the U.S. may vary depending on individual needs and preferences, as well as the state and plan chosen. It’s recommended to do research and compare plans from different insurers to find the one that suits you best. Some of the top health insurance companies in the U.S. include United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna and Humana.”

At the Becker's 23rd Annual Spine, Orthopedic and Pain Management-Driven ASC + The Future of Spine Conference, taking place June 11-13 in Chicago, spine surgeons, orthopedic leaders and ASC executives will come together to explore minimally invasive techniques, ASC growth strategies and innovations shaping the future of outpatient spine care.
