Becker's ASC Review is retracting an article posted Nov. 24 titled "Florida ASC accused of performing thousands of unlicensed surgeries over 11 years."
The article covered a complaint that accused Dr. Roger Khouri and Key Biscayne Surgery Center of fraudulently billing practices and was based on coverage from another source that may have contained inaccuracies. As a result, we removed the article from the Becker's website, per our retraction policy.
