AmSurg stock price target raised to $65, MFC dividend & more – 5 recent ASC company key notes

Deutsche Bank raised its price target on AmSurg stock from $56 to $65, according to a WKRB News & Analysis report.

Surgical Care Affiliates Director Frederick A. Hessler purchased 10,000 shares of SCA at an average price of $29.78 per share, for a total of $297,800, according to a Ticker Report.

National outpatient ambulatory surgery center operator Meridian Surgical Partners settled a qui tam lawsuit brought by a former employee at one of its centers. Trial was set to begin in this case on September 23, 2014.

Medical Facilities Corporation announced a cash pay dividend of Cdn$0.09375 per common share, which will be payable on Oct. 15.

Tenet Healthcare stock traded at $61.53 per share during the week of Sept. 8 to 12, a 6.62 percent increase.
