AmSurg employees support March of Dimes: 5 key notes

The AmSurg Employee Activities Team is supporting the March of Dimes.

Here are five key notes:

1. AmSurg is sponsoring a team to raise funds for the Nashville March of Dimes for Babies event, which takes place later this month.

2. Company volunteers gave information to the public about the event and signed up additional members at a Nashville Predators game last week.

3. The March of Dimes conducts research to prevent premature births, birth defects and infant mortality.

4. AmSurg currently includes more than 245 ambulatory surgery center locations in the United States, focused primarily on endoscopy, ophthalmology and orthopedics. The centers are partnered with physicians and hospitals.

5. There are more than 2,000 physician partners at AmSurg centers.
