3. Manage your brand. Employees want to know that their workplace is one with a great reputation, according to the LinkedIn 2014 Talent Trends Survey.
4. Trust your employees — and show them this is the case. Give employees goals, don’t micromanage and respect employee autonomy in the journey to results.
