Neely Ashby, director of Henry County Medical Center Surgery Center in Paris, Tenn., was recognized as manager of the quarter during a department manager meeting in January.
The Joint Commission appointed David W. Baker, MD, the executive vice president for the Division of Healthcare Quality Evaluation.
Lori Martin is now the executive director of clinical operations at Saint Mary’s Medical Group. Ms. Martin has experience serving as the administrator of a number of ASCs.
Dean Michal, previously the COO of Simpson Eye Associates in West Dundee, Ill., has become the administrator of North Shore Surgical Center.
