Here are four ambulatory surgery center leaders who recently took on new leadership roles.

Shareable Ink named Hal Andrews its new CEO. Mr. Andrews has served on the company’s board since 2010. He is taking over as CEO following the resignation of Laurie McGraw.

Kelly Blackstock recently became the administrator of the University Center for Ambulatory Surgery in Riverdale, Md. She has prior experience as the administrator of Advanced Surgery Center in Rockville, Md.

Reginald Davis, MD, joined Laser Spine Institute. Dr. Davis will see patients at all seven Laser Spine Institute locations across the United States.

MedHQ, who provides outsourced human resources and accounting services to surgical facilities and related physician practices, named Jay Petrick vice president of business development.
