Here are four recent ASC industry acquisitions and partnerships.

Surgical Care Affiliates, based in Deerfield, Ill., formed a partnership with Surgical Center of Connecticut in Bridgeport.

Surgical Care Affiliates also partnered with Norwich, Conn.-based River Valley Ambulatory Surgery Center.

LifeBridge Health in Baltimore acquired the Owings Mills, Md.-based SurgiCenter of Baltimore and the Ellicott City (Md.) Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Nashville, Tenn.-based AmSurg and Greenwood, Colo.-based Envision Healthcare shareholders approved the companies’ merger.
