2. Mr. Strash most recently was senior vice president of corporate services and was a board member for AMSURG Corp., a publicly traded operator of ambulatory surgery centers.
3. Prior to joining AMSURG Corp., Mr. Strash was CEO of various other hospitals, including ParadiseValleyHospital in Phoenix; OroValleyHospital in Tucson, Ariz.; RedmondRegionalMedicalCenter in Rome, Ga.; and PalmyraMedicalCenter in Albany, Ga.
