1. The surgical services company announced several other strong year-over-year numbers. In addition to the strong revenue growth, same-facility revenue increased 10.3 percent in the third quarter to $281.2 million.
2. The company had its net losses decrease to $2.3 million from 2015’s $3.1 million.
3. The company also increased its EBITDA 12.3 percent in 2016 to $44.7 million.
4. Surgery Partners finalized four transactions. It acquired an ASC in Louisiana, two physician practices and an anesthesia practice.
The company also partnered with a health system in Florida to develop and implement their outpatient strategy.
5. Year-to-date the company increased its total revenue from $696.6 million in 2015 to $839.4 million in 2016.
