•    Medical Mutual of Ohio — 15 percent
•    Aetna — 13 percent
•    Harvard Pilgrim Health Care — 11 percent
•    Kaiser Foundation Health — 11 percent
•    Cigna — 8 percent
•    Humana — 6 percent
•    HealthNet — 5 percent
•    Oxford Health Plans — 5 percent

 

More than 6,300 physicians across 25 specialties took part in the online survey from July through September.
