The maximum MIPS payment adjustment for 2018 for the following specialties include:

•    General practice: +/- 5 percent
•    Internal medicine:  +/- 5 percent
•    Neurology:  +/- 6 percent
•    Urology: +/- 6 percent
•    Allergy/Immunology: +/- 7 percent
•    Ophthalmology: +/- 7 percent
•    Medical oncology: +/- 16 percent
•    Hematology/oncology: +/- 16 percent
•    Rheumatology: +/- 16 percent
