“We are confident that the Court will find merit in our arguments, and issue an injunction, as they did in 2007,” says Jeff Shanton,chair of the Advocacy & Legislative Affairs Committee.
“We have been actively involved with this issue for well over a year, and while the Department has made some positive changes, overall the regulations remain unacceptable for our members, and the industry.
