The American Medical Billing Association requested the proclamation for recognition of medical billers. This is the 8th year AMBA has celebrated the event.
“Our members provide a positive and credible contribution to the medical billing industry and to doctors and other healthcare providers all across the nation. They are entrusted with a great responsibility, and we want them to know that we’re working hard to ensure that the healthcare industry is aware of them and we want to recognize their efforts,” said Cyndee Weston, executive director of AMBA.
