Interest for Medicare Overpayments Drops to 10.875%
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has informed Medicare contractors that the interest rate for Medicare over- and underpayments has dropped to 10.875 percent, effective April 23, 2010, according to CMS Transmittal 166.
