The revenue cycle center will handle billing, health information management and pre-admissions, as well as facilitate tracking of key metrics for comparison against peer benchmarks.
The new facility will include 120 employees, including almost all current employees. Adventist hopes to improve patient care and formalize communication and feedback channels across all revenue cycle functions.
