HealthFusion was recently chosen by the Dade County Medical Association to provide electronic health record software to their more than 1,000 physician members.
HealthFusion's MediTouch software was recently ranked in the top three EHR software in a Medical Economics' national provider survey. MediTouch was the only one of those top three however, that offered full functionality on the iPad.
"Selecting the right EHR is critical for our physicians to improve the daily practice of medicine, including workflow and quality of care," said Patricia Handler, Executive Vice President of the DCMA said in a press release. "HealthFusion has over 23,000 users, and provides an affordable, cloud-based electronic health record solution created by doctors, for doctors, and we are impressed with MediTouch because of its ease of use, affordable cost, and excellent customer support."
Established in 1903, DCMA is the largest medical association in Florida.
HealthFusion develops web-based, cloud computing software for physicians, hospitals and medical billing services.
