CMS: April end-to-end ICD-10 testing results in 88% acceptance rate

CMS has announced the results of ICD end-to-end testing for the week of April 27 to May 1, according to a HIT Consultant report.

Those that participated, approximately 875 providers and billing companies, submitted 23,138 claims. Of those claims, 20,306, or 88 percent, were accepted.

There were no front-end CMS issues uncovered, according to the report.
