1. Maureen Sullivan, chief strategy officer of BCBSA, said to effectively use healthcare data, you need data from each zip code.  

2. The BCBSA’s healthcare database includes medical procedure, provider information and patient reviews.

3. BCBSA looks at this data to discover cost and quality trends.
