Here are five things to know:
1. On Sept. 30, Gov. Hutchinson removed Chris Parker, an attorney who was the chairman of the Arkansas Health Insurance Marketplace Board.
2. Gov. Hutchinson also replaced Annabelle Imber Tuck, a former state Supreme Court justice.
3. Former Gov. Mike Beebe appointed Mr. Parker and Ms. Tuck to the board in 2013.
4. John Womack, chief executive of Arvest Bank, and Phillip Gilmore, chief executive of Ashley County Medical Center, are replacing the former board members.
5. In 2013, the Legislature created the 11-member board to navigate the creation of state-run health exchanges.
