Regent RCM, an independent division of ASC company Regent Surgical Health, provides revenue cycle management services exclusively to ASCs.
“For Andrews, we took extra time to ensure claims were submitted accurately with the correct CPT codes and modifiers. We also conducted in-depth research to determine the correct codes to use. The benchmark is 97 percent clean claim submission, the gold standard in the industry,” said Leslie Favela, revenue cycle supervisor with Regent RCM.
Terri Gatton, RN, CNOR, CASC, is the administrator of the ASC. “We were able to maximize our collections due in part to the peer-to-peer engagement we received from Regent RCM,” said Ms. Gatton. “We believed that Regent RCM’s unique ASC expertise would be a great fit for Andrews but we did not anticipate how quickly their experience and their commitment would increase our collections and optimize our revenue stream.”
