Tool: Preparing for Ebola in the OR

The Association for periOperative Registered Nurses has released guidelines for perioperative personnel for taking care of Ebola patients in surgical settings in its AORN Journal.

The guidance includes recommendations for personal protective equipment for nonscrubbed team members, scrubbed team members, environmental services team members and sterile processing team members.
