Regional Surgicenter of Moline in Illinois Achieves AAAHC Accreditation

Regional Surgicenter in Moline, Ill., has announced it has achieved the highest level of accreditation by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.

“We believe our patients deserve the best care,” said Rao Movva, MD, medical director of the ambulatory surgery center, according to a news release from the ASC. “AAAHC, an independent, not-for-profit organization, has closely examined our facility and procedures.

“Going through the process of accreditation acknowledges we are committed to deliver quality health care and that our responsibility is to our patients and the quality of care that we provide,” he said. “It means that we as an organization care about our patients and are committed to strive for the highest care possible.”
