The issue includes stories on proposed standards for Primary Care Home designation as an optional add-on to ambulatory care accreditation and suggestions for what should be included in an organization’s “ready-to-go” list for the Preliminary Planning Session and Surveyor Planning Session, both of which usually occur on the first day of an organization’s Joint Commission survey.
