Joint Commission Publishes Calculation Sheet for Surgery Center Accreditation Fees

The Joint Commission has published a calculation sheet that can be used as a tool to estimate total fees for ambulatory surgery center accreditation for a three-year period.

According to The Joint Commission, accreditation fees are based on an on-site survey fee billed during the year of the organization’s on-site survey. The fees also include an annual fee billed in January each year during an organization’s accreditation cycle.

It is important to note that the estimate calculated from this tool is not an official estimate.
