1. Ernst & Young named Mr. Jacobs Entrepreneur of the Year 2015 for Health Care & Life Sciences in the southeast region.
2. Mr. Jacobs is the CEO of Acadia Healthcare and AmSurg Director.
3. He has experience in the behavioral health industry and previously co-founded Psychiatric Solutions, where he was president and CEO from 1997 to 2010.
4. Mr. Jacobs held leadership positions with Hospital Corporation of America and currently serves on the boards for Cumberland Pharmaceuticals and Mental Health management.
5. Mr. Jacobs joined Acadia in February 2011.
