AAAHC surveyor to know: Ann Plapp

Ann Plapp, MS, RN, has been a surveyor for the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care since December 2002.

Ms. Plapp is also the president of Ethan/Taylor Consulting.

Her previous experience includes serving as the vice president of Falls Church, Va.-based Inova Health System.

She began her career after earning her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the formerly Boston-based Faulkner Hospital School of Nursing. She earned a bachelor’s degree in management and a master’s degree in business from Chicago-based National Louis University.
