Mr. Baldwin is also Rockville, Md.-based Kaiser Permanente’s senior director of accreditation, regulation, licensure and reporting.
He is a health services administrator with the US Air Force Reserve.
Mr. Baldwin began his career after earning a bachelor’s degree from Morgantown-based West Virginia University. He earned a master’s of business administration from Denver-based Regis University and a master’s of military operational art and science from Montgomery, Ala.-based Air University.
He is a National Association for Healthcare Quality certified professional.
