AAAASF leader to know: Theresa Griffin-Rossi

Theresa Griffin-Rossi is the executive director of the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities.

She began her tenure as executive director in 2014 and is the organization’s first female executive director.

Ms. Griffin-Rossi was in several management positions with AAAASF for 14 years preceding her appointment.

She earned her degree in business management from Muscatine (Iowa) Community College.

The American Society of Association Executives bestowed its CAE credential on her in 2004.
