AAAASF accredits Gastroenterology Consultants of Long Island: 4 takeaways

The American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities recently announced that Gastroenterology Consultants of Long Island had achieved accreditation.

Here is what you should know.

1. GCLI is a single-specialty practice that treats diseases of the digestive tract.

2. GCLI has two physicians on staff: John Constable, MD, and Ian Storch, MD.

Both physicians are affiliated with North Shore University Hospital, in Manhasset, N.Y.

3. GCLI uses East Shore Anesthesiology to administer anesthesia to its patients.

4. In addition to being AAAASF accredited, The Joint Commission has also accredited the facility.
