The inspectors examine several aspects of the surgery center, including the operating room environment, general environment, recovery room policies and procedures, medication, medical records, personnel and anesthesia.
The five facilities are:
1. Memorial Medical Center of West Michigan doing business as Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital Family and Internal Medicine — Ludi in Ludington.
2. Newaygo County General Hospital Association doing business as Spectrum Health Gerber Memorial Multispecialty Clinic Freemont in Freemont.
3. Memorial Medical Center of West Michigan doing business as Spectrum Health Family Medicine — Pentwater in Pentwater.
4. Newaygo County General Hospital Association doing business as Spectrum health Gerber Memorial Family Medicine Newaygo in Newaygo.
5. Genesis Eldercare Rehabilitation Services in Grand Rapids.
