Elements to plan for include:

•    Greeting. Which staff members will meet and the surveyor at the ASC’s main entrance?
•    Notification. Which leaders and staff members need to be immediately notified that the surveyor has arrived?
•    Location. Where can the surveyor use as a base location? He or she will need an electrical outlet, phone access and internet access.
•    Validation. Who will be in charge of identifying the surveyor and validating the survey?
