2. He is also the president of Winston-Salem (N.C.) Dental Care.

3. Dr. Sadler previously served in the U.S. Army Dental Corps.

4. Dr. Sadler earned his dental degree from the Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, D.C., and completed his residency at the U.S. Army Dental Corps.
