1. The ASC is a part of Richardson, Texas-based Select Health Services, which has more than 10 years of experience in developing and managing ASCs.

2. Select Health Services currently has more than 10 locations and specializes in patient management and minimally invasive surgery.

3. Select Health treats conditions including:
•    Back pain, herniated disk, facet disease
•    Post-surgical or post trauma pain
•    Headache pain, migraines
•    TMU pain
•    Cervical neck pain
•    Cancer pain
•    pelvic pain
•    Joint pain, knee pain
•    Osteoarthritis pain
