11 surgery centers recently accredited

Here are 11 ambulatory surgery centers that recently received accreditation.

Frisco (Texas) Ambulatory Surgery Center, a Physician Partners of America affiliate, received accreditation from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.

AmSurg-affiliated Waldorf Endoscopy Center achieved AAAHC accreditation after undergoing the survey last December.

Main Line Endoscopy Center in Malvern, Pa., which focuses on outpatient endoscopic services with a special interest on colon cancer screenings and gastroenterology, received AAAHC accreditation. The center is an AmSurg affiliate.

AmSurg-affiliated North Point Surgery and Laser Centers underwent AAAHC accreditation.

Poway (Calif.) Surgery Center, an AmSurg affiliate, underwent successful AAAHC accreditation.

Flint, Mich.-based Surgery Center of Genesee County achieved AAAHC accreditation.

AmSurg-affiliated Premier Outpatient Surgery Center, in California, completed a successful AAAHC accreditation survey which took place last November.

AAAHC accredited AmSurg-affiliated Connecticut Eye Surgery Center South, which includes 21 physicians.

Des Peres Square Surgery Center in St. Louis, an AmSurg affiliate, achieved accreditation.

EndoCentre of Baltimore achieved AAAHC accreditation after a November 2014 survey. The center is affiliated with AmSurg.

Phoenix Endoscopy, an AmSurg affiliate, achieved AAAHC accreditation.
