Dr. Baker is certified in anesthesiology and pediatric anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology. He completed his anesthesiology residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston and a fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
