New programs
- Henderson, Nev.-based Roseman University of Health Sciences’ college of nursing is launching a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Nurse Anesthesia program.
- Athens-based Ohio University, in collaboration with Columbus-based OhioHealth Grant Medical Center, is launching a new nurse anesthesia program.
Severed contracts
- In a voluntary agreement with Colorado’s attorney general, U.S. Anesthesia Partners will end its contracts with five Colorado hospitals due to its alleged monopoly in the state’s Denver and Durango markets.
