1. The companies will be organizing and hosting the events at the ANESTHESIOLOGY 2015 annual meeting in San Diego.
2. Teleflex, a global provider of medical devices, will host a “plinko” game with donations totaling up to $5,000.
3. TeamHealth, one of the country’s largest providers of hospital-based clinical outsourcing, will host a “badge scan” promotion, donating up to $1,500.
4. “The contribution from Teleflex to the global campaign for surgical safety is a perfect match of a global enterprise with a global charity,” said ASA Charitable Foundation’s president, Alexander A. Hannenberg, MD. “We are delighted that TeamHealth has also joined as a supporter this year. Many patients will be safeguarded as a result of these partnerships.”
