North American Partners in Anesthesia pens new contract in New Jersey — 3 highlights

Under a new agreement, North American Partners in Anesthesia will cover the full spectrum of acute and elective procedures at St. Mary’s General Hospital in Passaic, N.J.

Three highlights:

1. The anesthesia and perioperative management company started providing anesthesiology services for St. Mary’s cardiac procedures in 2018.

2. NAPA’s anesthesiologists and certified registered nurse anesthetists began delivering full-service anesthesia at St. Mary’s on June 8. NAPA is also a full-service anesthesia provider for St. Michael’s Medical Center in Newark, N.J.

3. NAPA is a clinician-led organization based in Melville, N.Y. Each year, it serves over 1 million patients at more than 260 hospitals and ASCs in the country.
