North American Partners in Anesthesia appoints M&A leader — 3 highlights

Melville, N.Y.-based North American Partners in Anesthesia tapped Dan Gofman as senior vice president of mergers and acquisitions.

Three highlights:

1. Mr. Gofman is responsible for developing NAPA’s M&A strategy, as well as identifying, analyzing and executing acquisition opportunities for the anesthesia and perioperative management company.

2. Mr. Gofman previously served as a senior investment banker in Cain Brothers’ healthcare group.

3. The new addition will help NAPA build scale in its current markets and expand into new regions across the U.S., NAPA CFO John Bugos said in a press release.
