IARS to Launch Anesthesia Case Reports Journal

The International Anesthesia Research Society will launch a new publication dedicated to sharing clinical information, titled Anesthesia & Analgesia Case Reports, according to News-Wise.

The journal will report patient cases that highlight teaching points or scientific observations in anesthesia, perioperative medicine, critical care and pain management, and will premier in the first half of 2013. All future case reports for Anesthesia & Analgesia will be reviewed for publication in A&A Case Reports.

Lawrence Saidman, MD, will edit the peer-reviewed journal. Dr. Saidman is an emeritus professor at Stanford University in California.
