1. NAS is the exclusive anesthesia services provider to Smyrna, Tenn.-based StoneCrest Medical Center, Nashville-based Southern Hills Medical Center and three Nashville-area ASCs.
2. NAS believes Envision’s national platform will enable the group to grow while serving its hospital and ASC partners.
3. This is Envision’s first expansion into the Nashville anesthesia market.
4. Bradley Fry, MD, is a founding partner and a senior leadership team member of Nashville Anesthesia Services.
5. Ziegler is serving as NAS’s financial advisor in the transaction.
