1. Dr. Dangaria will practice out of the group’s Jacksonville, Fla., and Orange Park, Fla., locations.

2. He is double board certified in pain management as well as physical medicine and rehabilitation.

3. Dr. Dangaria earned his medical degree from Grenada, St. George-based St. George’s University. He completed residencies at Brooklyn Hospital Center in New York City and Philadelphia-based Temple University Hospital.

4. He received a civilian recognition from Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal, R, for his superb care.
