UNC Health Pardee breaks ground on medical office building

UNC Health Pardee has broken ground on a new medical office building that will provide outpatient services.

According to a Jan. 8 news release, the MOB will expand primary care services and support specialty outpatient needs within Henderson County. Pardee BlueMD primary care, physical therapy services and pharmacy services will also be available at the facility. 

Construction is expected to be completed in early 2027.
