Construction is underway on a medical office building that will also house an ASC.

The building represents a partnership among Remedy Medical Properties, Kayne Anderson Real Estate and Marriottsville, Md.-based Bon Secours.

The three-story, 87,790-square-foot building will be located on the Bon Secours St. Francis Medical Center campus and will feature an 11,193-square-foot ASC to be operated by Compass Surgical Partners, according to a July 17 report from REBusiness Online.

The project is expected to be completed in late 2026.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
