Gunnison (Colo.) Valley Health is considering constructing a medical office building, anticipated to cost between $35 and $50 million, to consolidate its outpatient services, according to a June 11 report from the Gunnison Country Times.
If the health system administration approves the project, the building will total 50,000 square feet and could be completed by early 2027.
GVH’s outpatient services, including primary care, orthopedics and physical therapy, are currently spread across seven different spaces.
The new building would also house space for primary care providers, dentists and lab services.
