Florida CRNA dies at 49

Certified registered nurse anesthetist Christopher Lonetta, DNP, died unexpectedly on March 17 at 49, according to a Dignity Memorial obituary. 

Dr. Lonetta worked at Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., as a CRNA and served in corporate leadership roles at Barry University in Miami Shores, Fla., where he received his Doctor of Nursing Practice. 

He also completed his Master of Science with a major in anesthesiology at Barry University.
